We are dedicated to providing the BEST customer service possible. Please allow 24 hours for a response. 

SHIPPING

- When is my order shipping? 
  We do our best to get your goodies shipped out ASAP. Please allow 2-4 business days, but most will be shipping in 24-48 hours. You will receive an email notifying you with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update!
- Can I change my address/cancel ? 
 Because we start working on your order ASAP - we can not change any part of  your order. PLEASE check, double check and triple check all of your info before purchasing. 
- My order says "delivered" but I didn't get it ?
 Unfortunately, we can not do anything about lost or stolen packages delivered to the provided address. We encourage you to talk to neighbors or local post office. Still can't find it after 3 days? Shoot us an email and we'll try to help figure it out.
- I received a broken/faulty item 
 Please send us an email ASAP including photos of the faulty item(s). We will get it fixed for you as soon as we can.

RETURNS 


- Can I return my item?

- My item doesn't fit, can I exchange it? 
 Due to nature of some of our products, we do not offer exchanges. You're welcome to use a store credit towards the same item, or anything else on the site. If you think an item may sell out, we suggest purchasing another size before you return your item.

OTHER 

- What's sizing like? 
 Each product listing includes a sizing chart. We try our best to be as accurate as possible. 
Unfortunately, some manufactures only offer some sizing - but we do our best to have inclusive sizing when available. 
- What is Afterpay? 
 Afterpay is a buy now, pay later, unique payment service offering US-based shoppers the option to buy and receive their order now, and pay it over 4 equal, interest-free installments made every 2 weeks. Orders must be over $35, and SHOPGASCO is not responsible for your payment agreement. 
- Do you really donate to different places?
